Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and service standards.
• Lead, train, and manage operational teams across departments.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and performance.
• Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with Finance on inventory, purchasing, and expense control.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and supplies.
• Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost savings
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the business.
• Support pre-opening, expansion, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D4) degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management within hospitality (restaurant, health & wellness, gym, or sports facility).
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hands-on, proactive, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Experience in pre-opening or business expansion is a plus.
