Job Description

Position: Backend Engineer
Location: Purbalingga (WFA 1 week every 6 weeks)
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient backend solutions using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Used to write unit test / or perform code test.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Golang Developer(Fresh Graduate / Under Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in RDBMS, such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
• Experience working with Scrum Agile framework and tools.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
• Good understanding of message brokers such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at Purbalingga.
• Experience in developing plugin Wordpress / woocomerce is preferred.
