Job Description: HR & Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for the role of HR & Administration Officer. This position will be responsible for providing support in both human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
1.Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

3.Assist in preparing and reviewing administrative reports and documentation.
4.Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for employees.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.3 - 4 years of work experience in HR and administration roles.
3. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages, both written and verbal.
