Personal Assistant and Sales

We, The Eagle Travel Agency, a dynamic and growth oriented organisation with a young team, are urgently looking for a professional to fill a full time on-site position of Personal Assistant and Sales.

Job Description

• Assist the Director in handling customer's enquiries on flight tickets
• Communicate with international customers online and offline that leads to sales
• Attend to walk-in enquiries
• Respond to phone and email enquiries
• Knowledge of company's products and services
• Perform other administrative tasks
• This is a full time on-site position

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year working experience
• Min. a diploma or degree holder
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate with international walk-in customers that leads to sales
• Experience in handling flight booking enquiries is a plus
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills
• Open for female applicants only
• Only those who LIVE IN BALI should apply
• Able to start work immediately within 1 week after the interview
