Role Description:

This 12-month Leadership Development Program is designed to develop and prepare candidates for future leadership positions within SIJI Network. As a participant in this program, you will engage in various day-to-day tasks related to business development, including participating in training sessions, sales & marketing, recruiting new team members, collaborating with mentors, and gaining hands-on experience in different areas of the company. This role is located in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Prospect and meet with 2 new clients daily to explain suitable insurance programs (2-4 hours per meeting).

Recruit 2 new team members weekly to join your team (2-4 hours per meeting).

Provide excellent service to existing clients, including assisting with claims (1-2 hours per client).

Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts and articles, to attract new prospects.

Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and clients.

Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, mindset, selling, marketing, recruitment, and digital skills (4-6 hours per week).

Collaborate with mentors and gain hands-on experience in different areas of the company.

Engage in digital transformation initiatives to make work and life easier.

Leverage our digital insurance business platform to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum D3 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in training and knowledge transfer.

Understanding of sales principles.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Leadership potential and a desire to learn and grow.

Ability to adapt to digital tools and platforms for business operations.

Experience in retail/wholesale, tourism/hospitality, lecturer/teacher, or banking/finance is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly allowance starting from 6 million rupiah (subject to meeting monthly targets).

Sales commissions (20-30% depending on the product sold).

Producer bonus.
