TechTiera Services Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated Local Technology Support Specialist to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to our local office, ensuring that all technology-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for all hardware and software issues within the local office.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Assist with local network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Respond to user requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
• Document resolutions for future reference and maintain an inventory of all IT assets.
• Collaborate with the broader IT support team to align local solutions with company-wide IT strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
