Responsibilities

• Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine
• Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency
• Productivity inprovement and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine process
• Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Engineering Field
• Having experience in same position min. 2 years
• Strong leadership
• Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and process
• Good technical and process analysis
• Training : IPC-A-610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine
• Soldering process knowledge
• Flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting and problem solving, process optimization
