Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to take full operational ownership of our Boutique Hotel, our new property in Uluwatu, Bali. As Hotel Manager, you will be the key figure in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and maintains a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Reporting & Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the hotel owners and provide clear weekly and monthly reports on performance, operations, and guest feedback.
• Lead day-to-day hotel operations across all departments, including front of house, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
• Monitor and elevate guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on service quality and review scores.
• Work closely with the owners on strategic improvements and continuous development of the guest experience and hotel concept.

• Take full responsibility for recruiting, staffing, and scheduling to ensure that the hotel is always well-prepared to welcome guests.
