Hiring: Senior E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

Company: JK Import & Export Pte Ltd (Singapore)

We are a growing international trading company based in Singapore, dealing in B2B and B2C business across multiple product categories. We are looking for a highly experienced, honest, and proactive professional to join our team remotely.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create and schedule engaging social media content
• Upload and manage products on our company website and e-commerce platforms
• Write attractive product titles and SEO-friendly descriptions
• Manage B2B platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, etc.
• Prepare and upload government tender documents (experience preferred)
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with suppliers
• Conduct product and competitor research
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
• Create basic marketing materials using Canva (Photoshop knowledge is an advantage)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing
• Experience with B2B marketplaces
• Experience in product uploading and content management
• Familiarity with government tenders is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva
• Honest, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Stable internet connection and own computer/laptop

Monday to Friday

Singapore Time (Full-Time Remote)
