Job Description Develop and implement robust sales planning strategies. Define clear criteria to identify potential tenants (e.g., high utility consumption, strong cash flow, etc.). Lead the Account Managers team, including both International and Domestic accounts, providing support and direction to the sales team. Report directly to the Account Director.
Requirements Willing to be based in Gresik, East Java. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 10 years in a senior managerial role. Strong ability to develop business plans, conduct market intelligence, and drive international promotional strategies. Proven track record in business development and key account management, particularly in land investment, property, and development sectors. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are preferred. Results-driven with a strong history of achieving ambitious sales targets. High integrity, customer-oriented mindset, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
