Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product development strategies and innovation roadmaps aligned with business goals. Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation, design, prototyping, testing, technology transfer, to commercialization. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in tobacco / cigarette product development. Must come from a cigarette manufacturing company, such as multinational or leading local players. Strong experience in product lifecycle management, including stage-gate processes. Deep technical knowledge in product technologies, thermal profile analysis, aerosol chemistry, and additive behavior. Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience working in a global or multicultural environment. Fluent in English is mandatory.
