Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product development strategies and innovation roadmaps aligned with business goals. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in tobacco / cigarette product development. Must come from a cigarette manufacturing company, such as multinational or leading local players. Strong experience in product lifecycle management, including stage-gate processes. Deep technical knowledge in product technologies, thermal profile analysis, aerosol chemistry, and additive behavior. Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience working in a global or multicultural environment. Fluent in English is mandatory.
