One of our clients, a lifestyle hospitality brand, offering beach club resorts and experiential stays across several Indonesian island destinations, including Nusa Ceningan (Bali), Gili Meno (Lombok), and a private island experience in Flores, is looking for a Sales and Revenue Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven hospitality professional with a strong background in revenue management, sales performance, and reservations operations. They combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

This person is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident using data to drive pricing, distribution, and sales decisions. They have proven experience leading and developing a reservations or sales team, while maintaining excellent service standards and strong conversion performance.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, or Reservations within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing revenue, sales performance, and reservation operations, preferably in a multi-property environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategies, yield management, and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of distribution channels, OTA management, and direct booking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS, Channel Manager systems, and OTA extranets.
  • Experience leading or supervising a reservations and/or sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working with fast-changing priorities and multiple properties.
  • Commercially driven, data-oriented, and operationally hands-on.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue across all hotels and liveaboard cruise operations.
  • Control pricing, availability, and inventory across all properties and sales channels.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day reservation operations and the reservations team.
  • Drive sales conversion from direct inquiries, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
  • Manage all distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking channels, and travel agents.
  • Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and cost efficiency across all channels.
  • Prepare and analyse daily pick-up reports, forecasts, and revenue performance reports.
  • Lead, train, and coach the reservations team on systems usage, sales techniques, and service standards.
  • Handle complex, VIP, group, and high-value bookings.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales and reservation SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Front Office, Finance, and Marketing teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Support pre-opening revenue and reservation system setup for new hotels and liveaboard cruises.
