ONEderland Enterprise is currently open for #Internship opportunity for active students and fresh graduates to build up their career and get the chance to work in a professional work environment with Australian standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers, providing individual account support and collaborating with internal processing staff.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing proactive marketing activities aligned with approved budgets, sales targets, and product objectives.
• Support the implementation of teamwork programs, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate and attend meetings, as required, with other organizational functions to carry out business tasks and objectives, as well as organizational development.
• Organize and participate in company seminars or exhibitions to enhance marketing efforts and increase brand awareness.
• Manage records, perform bookkeeping, and handle other necessary administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan task priorities and efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Develop ideas and create offers through direct email marketing and communication with existing and potential clients.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required by the company to support business operations and initiatives.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Experience with CRM applications (e.g., Team Waves, Qontak, etc) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willing and committed to have a 6 months internship program.
• Willing for placement in Denpasar, Bali

Pay: Rp100,000,000 - Rp150,000,000 per month
