Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and analytical Digital Business Developer to support the growth of our B2B Learn2SaaS and enterprise partnerships across the region. Working closely with and reporting to the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead, you will help identify, engage and nurture corporate clients — HR leaders, L&D heads and enterprise decision-makers — as part of a coordinated enterprise sales strategy.

This role combines lead generation, pipeline management and data-driven sales support. You will execute day-to-day outreach, qualification and reporting activities that enable the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead to focus on strategic account development and closing.

Job Mission

As a Digital Business Developer, you will support the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead in driving new business growth for our B2B Learn2SaaS offering — helping enterprises across ASEAN adopt AI-powered digital skilling and workforce transformation solutions. You will own lead generation and pipeline management, using data and AI tools to sharpen targeting and reporting, while the Lead guides overall account strategy and key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, events, partner referrals and digital channels, under the direction of the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead
• Build and maintain a structured enterprise sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, opportunities and follow-ups in the CRM
• Support the Lead in preparing for and following up on consultations with HR/L&D decision-makers, capturing workforce skilling needs and organisational learning goals
• Assist in developing tailored B2B proposals and materials, mapping enterprise SaaS/digital learning solutions to client business outcomes
• Help nurture relationships with enterprise clients and corporate partners between key touchpoints led by the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead
• Use PowerBI to build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, conversion rates and lead source performance
• Leverage AI tools to support prospecting, lead scoring, outreach personalisation and sales reporting efficiency
• Coordinate with marketing and partnerships teams, under the Lead's guidance, to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging for enterprise audiences
• Participate & represent the company at B2B events, industry forums and networking sessions to generate new business opportunities
• Provide the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead with regular, data-backed updates on pipeline status, targets and conversion performance

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, channel development & management or partnerships — preferably within Learning & Development, HR Tech, EdTech and/or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise lead generation and pipeline management (CRM proficiency required)
• Working proficiency in PowerBI data visualisation/BI tools for sales reporting and pipeline analysis
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. for prospecting, outreach, content drafting or data analysis) to improve sales productivity
• Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable supporting a Lead across multiple concurrent accounts
• Consultative mindset — able to understand client business challenges and help position solutions accordingly
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong attention to pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable operating in a fast-paced enterprise sales cycle
• Prior exposure to the digital skilling, EdTech or workforce transformation space is a strong advantage
