Marketing Manager (Trading & Financial Services – B2C)

Vplus.id is seeking a strategic, target-driven Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of the trading and financial services industry. This role focuses on client acquisition, retention, marketing team management, and strengthening Viction.id’s brand as a leading B2C trading company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained trading activity.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to achieve performance targets and business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to create relevant and effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, dealing, and management teams to achieve overall business targets.
  • Monitor marketing performance, conversion rates, and client growth, providing reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in financial services, trading, or investment industries.
