• Manage quality control process of all our devices by carryng out system test and document test resultof all devices
• Manage order fulfilment and assisting in the inventory management.
• Ensure a smooth RMA process for the good s sold
• Manage the inbound/outbound logistic including pick, pack and ship.
• Conduct Training to Inspectors and Leader.
• Verify suspected NC material reported by incoming & production.
• Follow up with supplier on 8D report related with NC material reported by incoming & production.
• Manage SCAR on IQC & production detection defect with supplier directly and internal CAPA investigations.
• Support on performing Supplier Quality audits
• Manage SCAR and internal CAPA investigations for Main plant.
• Support Incoming Inspection and First Articles approval
• Lead in supplier material failure investigations and implement necessary action
• Prepare monthly statistics and supplier performance reports
• Maintain Supplier quality scorecard
• Follow all Departmental Procedures and Work Instructions
• Support First Article Approval function
• To participate in new supplier evaluation and selection.
• To assist in establish quality agreements
• To conduct periodic audits at supplier’s premises.
• To initiate and manage supplier corrective action
• To monitor and improve supplier performance
• To assist in overseeing investigations with supplier
• Any other responsibilities as deem assigned by the organization.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in engineering field
• More than 3years experience in Quality.
• Understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001.
• Understanding Core tools
• Understanding of 8D report
• Experience in dealing directly with supplier for any Quality issue min 2years
• Proven work experience in Supplier Quality Engineer
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• To be able to perform supplier audit, evaluation & selection
