• 5 years or more of work experience in production line engineering, with experience in large-scale factories; candidates with experience in the consumer electronics and e-cigarette manufacturing industry are preferred.
• Possess practical experience in complete new product introduction (NPI) processes, having led the process transformation of at least 1 new product from pilot production to mass production, and be able to independently solve process and equipment issues during the introduction phase.
• Have experience in equipment management and automation upgrades: candidates familiar with production equipment maintenance, repair, and modification are preferred.

(V) Language and Communication

• Proficiency in English, which can be used as a working language.
• Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills: able to clearly convey requirements and solutions, and promote collaboration among different departments to solve problems; have team management experience and be able to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and execution of the team.

(VI) Other Requirements

• Recognize and strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality management system, not disclose confidential content such as factory product information, process parameters, and equipment configuration; be required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement after onboarding.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance: able to adapt to the intensive pace of projects such as new product introduction and equipment upgrades, and efficiently advance work in scenarios with multiple parallel tasks.
