Customer Relations / Client Acquisition OfficerAbout the Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and highly communicative Customer Relations / Client Acquisition Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing professional consultations regarding the company's products and services, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives within the futures trading industry.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum education requirement: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
  • Quick learner with strong initiative, high motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
