Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Organisational Development

  • Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organisational vision, operations strategy, and growth plans.
  • Translate high-level strategies into actionable steps, including annual operations planning, company-wide goal setting, and performance management cycles.
  • Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, while partnering with the CEO on sales management to support near-term growth targets.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and scalability.

People & Culture

  • Build and sustain a highly inclusive culture where employees thrive and goals are achieved.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks that encourage growth, accountability, and innovation.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and long-term retention.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to meet investor targets for growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, taking timely action when necessary.
  • Implement business strategies, policies, and procedures that support both short- and long-term objectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor organisational performance using tracking systems, prepare forecasts, and recommend corrective measures where needed.
  • Represent the organisation externally to enhance credibility, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in executive leadership roles.
  • Proven experience overseeing cross-functional operations in a growing company.
  • Track record of managing budgets, investments, and scaling operations for growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent leadership, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
