About the Job

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Packaging Technician based in Tangerang. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure our products are packed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. This role reports to our Packaging Team Leader and is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced FMCG production environment.

Job Purpose

As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our packaging operations run efficiently and meet the highest standards of safety and product quality. You’ll be responsible for performing process and product control on the machine, driving initiatives to improve workplace performance, and ensuring smooth and reliable packaging processes. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards.
• Executes process and product control on all machines.
• Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities.
• Ensures the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.
• Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.

Candidate Criteria

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical.
• Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience.
• Conversant in English both oral and written.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery.

Tools Provided: Personal protective equipment

Contract: Full-time
