As a People Experience Partner Lead, you will be the counterpart to work closely with key stakeholders and employees in designated departments in order to align business objectives and ensure the whole working experience, processes and procedures. • A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in any equivalent field
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities or interpersonal skills to engage with all level employees
• Analytical skills and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Experience in project management
• Understanding of Indonesia's HR regulation laws and industrial relations is a plus
