Your responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments across multiple time zones (Pacific/Eastern US) with the kind of precision that means nobody ever misses what matters
• Handle email correspondence and client communications that sound human, professional, and actually helpful
• Organize digital files, project documentation, and databases so that finding what you need takes seconds, not hours
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and team communications across projects. Being the person who knows where everything is and what happens next.
• Support research, data entry, and report preparation that turns information into insight
• Coordinate virtual meetings, workshops, and creative sessions across continents
• Archive materials and manage digital asset libraries with the understanding that today's project becomes tomorrow's reference
