What you will do:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer success-related roles

• Comfortable using Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, G-Suite, and e-commerce platforms
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a plus:
