We are seeking Middle Electronics Engineer in Indonesia to join our Electronics team in our office at Salatiga. The primary functions of this engineer will be to design electronics and robotic projects. Candidates must work well independently and also in a team, often working with mechanical and software engineers. The company is made up of a worldwide team that works in a fast paced environment doing quality work to meet deadlines. We are able to accomplish all of this while maintaining a fun and open work environment.

Understanding of and experience with multiple additional areas outside of core electrical design – for example software, firmware,FPGA, injection molding, refrigeration, thermal analysis, optics.

Job Descriptions

• Lead and support cross-functional design reviews including requirements definition, manufacturability assessments, and application.
• Planning projects accurately.
• Planning and managing projects across multiple disciplines accurately.
• Performing root cause analyses by utilizing established problem-solving tools and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design.
• Previous industry experience is a plus; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have substantial project experience or have gained practical experience independently, beyond academic assignments.
• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in creating electronic prototypes.
• Ready to lead or mentor other team members.
• Strong skills in PCB design, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), motion control, and embedded systems are a plus.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
