Job Description Summary: Responsible for managing Route to Market strategies by coaching and optimizing the exclusive sales force, ensuring SOP compliance, improving productivity, and coordinating sales processes with distributors, logistics, and supply teams to achieve sales objectives. • Coach and develop the exclusive sales force team to improve performance.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance across all exclusive sales force activities.
• Facilitate and support the sales force in achieving assigned objectives.
• Develop and regularly update effective sales routes or sales journey plans (monthly/quarterly).
• Measure and improve sales force productivity on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate and optimize sales force deployment across assigned areas.

• Plan and execute sales training programs.
• Collaborate closely with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Sales Process

• Manage and oversee sell-in processes with area sales teams and distributors.
• Monitor minimum inventory levels (Days of Inventory/DOI) at distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Implement and monitor product priority and allocation strategies as defined.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
• At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Supervisor specially handle beverage or FMCG
• Focused on customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
