Ensure to complete the tasks of assigned by supervisor accordance with the time line and quality of fabrication and welding work that has been determined. Participate in maintaining of safety at work environment and continues improvement related of quality.

Your responsibilities

1. SAFETY

• Attend and participate in fabshop safety meeting
• Fill in Safety Analysis Forms And have this form Signed by Supervisor before Commencing Allocated tasks
• Immediately report to supervisor when find the potential hazard in work places
• Participate in continues improvement related work safety and environment
• Always Use PPE

2. QUALITY

• Follow the standard work procedures
• Follow and maintain work process in accordance with Liebherr quality procedure
• Participate in continues improvement related quality of product

3. Maintain and ensure the condition of the welding machine and clean

4. Complete daily time card

5. Ensure the work place is clean and neatly arranged in the storage room

6. Comply with company regulation and follow the supervisor’s direction

7. Maintain and take care of work tools and another supporting tools

8. Able to operate MIG and TIG welding machine and perform welding position 1F, 1G, 2F, 2G, 3F and 3G

9. Able to operate gouging machine and perform gouging process

10. Able to use and read of measurement tools properly and correctly

11. Basic of operate computer ( online training required )

12. Able to basic reading technical drawing related fabrication and welding

13. Able to perform welding on production, component rework and another general welding production

Your qualifications

• Basic welding qualifications AWS D1 – 1 ( or equivalent )
• High school education ( Good mathematic skills ).
• Basic english skills.
• F.C.A.W / G.M.A.W / S.A.W experience.
• Maximum age 25 years.
