In this role, you will ensure that green building strategies are successfully implemented throughout design,

�� Key Responsibilities
Conduct QA/QC reviews for design documents and construction submittals

Lead site inspections and commissioning-related verification checks
Review architectural, MEP, and sustainability documentation for accuracy and performance
Coordinate with project teams to resolve non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare verification reports, audit findings, and performance summaries
Monitor project progress to ensure sustainability goals are met from design to handover
�� Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Building Science, or related field
2 years of professional experience in architecture, building performance, or green building consulting
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, building codes, and certification frameworks
Experience in QA/QC workflows, site supervision, or design verification
Excellent technical writing, communication, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
