KodeKiddo is a fun-focused & interactive coding school for kids. We offer children yearlong afterschool enrichment coding, STEM (science, technology, engineering, & math), intra/extracurricular & various competition / events using the technologies & methodologies specifically developed for kids in the USA.

The classes are for children from Kinder – High School (TK – SMA) & with various centers located in DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Bali.

Get to Know the Team

Lead teachers are the individuals who hold the highest position among all teachers within the center. The lead teacher possesses exceptional leadership skills and has the ability to motivate all teams to consistently deliver fun lessons to kiddos & following the company guidelines. Not only are they heroes in the eyes of teachers, but also for the kiddos they teach. All lead teachers will report to the teachers lead to ensure the branch is runned with the best experiences & following company guidelines in order to attract potential/retain existing customers.

What you must have:

• A candidate with a maximum of 30 years old
• Minimum of fresh graduates bachelor’s degree in ilmu komputer, teknik informatika, game development, or related discipline
• Good knowledge in Python, HTML & CSS & SQL. Knowledge in Arduino, Kotlin & Unity (C#) would be a big plus!
• Proven communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Proven leadership & collaboration management person
• Ability to build both fun & interactive relationship with parents & students
• Right attitudes, responsible, discipline, enthusiasm & willingness to grow
• Willing to work in our office at KodeKiddo Gading Serpong

Day-to-day activities:

• Collaborate with centers branch manager in implementing the company guideline within centers staff, classroom & office management to provide the best services to parents & kiddos
• Collaboratively planning, preparing & delivering fun & interactive coding lessons for kiddos
• Observe & understand kiddos behavior & psyche
• Keeping track of kiddos progress by creating class summaries, milestone certificate, etc
• Engage in efficient and effective communication & relationship with parents regarding kiddos progress & lesson
• Assist in various kodekiddo projects such as coding competitions, school activities, etc
