Position: Remote CEO Administrative Partner

We are looking for a dependable Remote CEO Administrative Partner to work directly with our CEO and support daily tasks, communication, and organization.

This position helps the CEO stay on track, supports our teams, and ensures important tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule
  • Respond to messages, emails, and follow-up communication
  • Prepare simple reports, presentation slides, and meeting notes
  • Conduct basic research for marketing, hiring, and operations
  • Assist HR with candidate coordination and scheduling
  • Help with light branding and social media tasks
  • Keep documents, files, and project information organized and updated
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • The CEO’s schedule is always accurate and well-organized
  • Messages and calls are handled quickly and professionally
  • Reports and documents are delivered on time with no errors
  • Candidate communication and interview scheduling run smoothly
  • Files, records, and project details stay neat and easy to find

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of administrative, executive support, or research experience
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good research and presentation abilities

Compensation & Work Details
