• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Support wellness program participants with relevant information and guidance

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Sarjana Farmasi) or Nutrition (Sarjana Gizi) preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or wellness-related industries is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, solution-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a office work (placement in Surabaya, Dukuh Pakis)
