To report to Management Representative on the performance and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, and any need for improvement.
To assist Management Representative on establishing, documentation, implementing and maintaining IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 management systems for Automotive Division and IATF 16949:2016 for Wire Harness.
To liaise with certification body on any matters relating to the Quality Management System auditing.
To coordinate Internal Quality Management System Audit Program activity such as scheduling, execute the audit activity and generate report for AD Division and WH Division (related to IATF & CSR).
To assist Quality Manager Attending to customer audit related to Quality Management System audit and other Customer Specific Requirement.
To tabulate the monthly Quality Objectives data to monitor the performance.
To tabulate the monthly Customer Complaint data to monitor the effectiveness and closure.
To coordinate the Quality Improvement and 6S program at AD Division.
Participating in supporting Automotive QMS related training in conjunction with company training program
Participating in cross functional internal audit program of other QMS,EMS and future OHSAS as plan by OSIE Management Representative.
Working with document control team to monitor the effectiveness of document control management system within AD division.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in engineering
Proven work experience in software development
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
To be able to perform FA activities
To be able to ensure that effectiveness implementation of Preventive and corrective action
Able to conduct RCA and 8D Able to conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ-17
Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools eg QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean
