Summary

As a Project Manager at TrustScale, you will lead end-to-end AI and data service projects, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client-facing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a key role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about driving excellence in AI project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex AI and data-related projects from planning to delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to coordinators and junior managers.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.
  • Drive continuous improvement by innovating and optimizing project management practices and tools.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale’s standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within AI, data services, or technology-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record managing multiple, large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks.
  • PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Fluent English required (written and spoken).
