FINNS Beach Club is looking for an organized, proactive professional Guest Experience Coordinator. The Guest Experience team at FINNS Bali is responsible for delivering a world-class, personalized service experience to all guests throughout their journey. As representatives of FINNS, the Guest Experience team plays a key role in building loyalty and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily GEMs administrative duties, including guest log sheets, incident reports, and feedback databases.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, special requests, and high-priority inquiries.
• Proactively collect and analyze guest feedback to continually elevate service standards.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Reservations, and Event teams to ensure flawless guest journeys.
• Resolve guest complaints and feedback swiftly with grace and professionalism.
• Track, compile, and distribute daily/weekly Guest Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports to management.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for VIP profiles, guest preferences, and internal department memos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles, specializing in data management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Proven of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, service-minded, and solution-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• administrative role: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)
