Position Overview
The Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Honobono’s lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, team performance, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including opening, closing, service, and overall floor management.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the lounge team to deliver consistently high-quality service.
• Ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, guest flow, and special requests.
• Maintain and uphold Honobono’s service standards, brand image, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Monitor food and beverage service, including product quality, presentation, and availability.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct staff briefings, training, coaching, and performance follow-ups.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily staffing requirements in accordance with business needs.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, wastage, and other operational requirements.
• Assist with purchasing and stock control to ensure adequate supplies while minimizing unnecessary costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Support promotional activities, events, and special functions held at the lounge.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate relevant issues and opportunities to management.
