In this long-term position, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
