Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
To provide training to Operators
Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned
Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Education D3 or S1 major in Industrial/Electronic Engineering
Experience at least 3 year in PCBA Electronics manufacturing is preferred
Knowledge and hands on MRP system
Able to lead >50 subordinates
Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001
Proficient in English
To be able to establish and control the process work flow
To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
Problem Solving - Skill
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
