This position is looking for a Finance Staff candidate who is interested in the manufacturing industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle and manage daily accounting operations Perform routine accounting tasks including journal entries, voucher handling, invoice verification, and payment processing.
Support monthly and annual closing processes Work closely with external accounting consultants to prepare required data, documents, and schedules for monthly and annual closing.
Manage financial and accounting data and reporting Prepare basic financial data such as P&L and balance sheet supporting schedules, and compile internal management reports.
Support tax-related matters Coordinate with external tax and accounting consultants by preparing required documents and responding to inquiries related to corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory taxes.
Accounts payable and receivable management (AP / AR) Manage vendor payments, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Support audit activities Assist external auditors and accounting consultants by providing requested documents and supporting explanations.
Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations Perform accounting operations in accordance with internal policies as well as Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Cross-functional coordination Coordinate with HR, GA, procurement, and other internal departments regarding expense claims, payments, and accounting-related matters.


Requirements:


Must Have

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Experience in manufacturing companies or related industries (electronics, automotive, industrial products), including manufacturing accounting such as cost accounting Experience working closely with external accounting and tax consultants Experience in audit support (internal and/or external) Ability to prepare accurate accounting data and supporting documents in a timely manner Able to communicate professionally in English for daily work (Japanese is not required) Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently


Preferred

Experience working in a multinational environment, such as foreign-affiliated or Japanese companies Familiarity with a well-structured, compliance-driven work environment
