What you’ll do:
Manage all operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education
Initiate driver acquisition and sticker installation activities in Medan Area
Monitor drivers operations support activities on making callout, sticker installation, and distribute drivers attributes
Collaborate with Marketing team for driver's lead generations activities
What we seek:

Requirements:
Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in operations department
