Job Description & Summary

  • Maintain and manage social: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, including content creation (especially local content: report, thought leadership, and also content collaboration related to employer branding)
  • Responsible on handling external engagement (alumni, publisher, etc.)
  • Responsible on managing digital platform (google site)

Intern as External Communications (Website)

  • Maintain and update the design and content of the company’s website
  • Debug the issues that arise with the performance of the website
  • Interface for website performance issues
  • Troubleshoot the website
  • Review statistics and monitor analytics
  • Plan the schedule for maintaining the website
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content Create a regular publishing schedule.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from Communication, Visual Communication Design, or Information System from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  • For Media: had experience in managing social media (from content idea until execution), and writing skills
  • For Website: experienced in HTML, UI/UX
  • Internship period : 3 - 6 months full time internship
  • Active in organisational activities
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Good in English, both spoken and written
