As a Compounder with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you are one of our succession team to follow established procedures and guidelines by delivering production orders assigned by the Shift Leader to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks of a production process. You will be part of the Production Team Fragrance & Beauty in our plant, reporting directly to the Production Team Leader. In this exciting role you will:

• Under supervision of more experienced Operator/Leader perform basic operation of designated machines and production equipment
• Manufacture product in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.
• Troubleshoot problems under guidance of more experienced Operator or provide assistance.
• Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, ISO's and internal safety guidelines
Proactively identify process improvements.

• 3-4 years of experience in flavour, ingredient, food, fragrance or chemical manufacturing preferred.
• High School or Technical High School Diploma with proficiency in basic mathematical skills
• Basic PC skills, including competency in MS Office products.
• Experience in using RF scanner and labelling.
• Ingredient knowledge around colour, odour, order of addition and other pertinent quality factors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
