We are seeking a Fully-Remote Outreach Marketing Specialist with 2+ years experience in multichannel digital marketing and outreach. This role will be based remotely in Indonesia.

As the Outreach Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing outreach and marketing campaigns across multiple channels social media, email, newsletters, and content to reach Skelex's target industries (Construction, Agriculture, Industry, Healthcare), engage our audience, and generate warm leads for the sales team and conversions via our webshop. Social media is at the core of the role, complemented by proactive, multichannel outreach.

You will determine your work hours. Once determined, you will stick to the agreed work hours. Your work hours may be adjusted in joint consultation.

You will work directly with the Skelex marketing team and collaborate closely with the Creative Designer and the sales team consisting of 3 people. You will largely work independently. Communication via email, chat or video call will take place as required. Weekly video calls will be scheduled to discuss progress.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multichannel outreach campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others), email, newsletters, and content marketing.
• Build and run email and newsletter campaigns segmentation, sequences, and nurturing flows to engage prospects and existing customers.
• Carry out proactive outreach to target accounts and verticals (eg: via LinkedIn and email) to generate and qualify warm leads, and hand them over to the sales team.
• Manage and grow Skelex's social media presence publish content, actively engage with the audience, and build community.
• Develop and own the outreach and content calendar, aligned with campaigns, product launches, and target verticals.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance, and optimise based on data.
• Maintain marketing contact lists and track lead flow and conversions through to the sales handover.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer and marketing team to deliver appealing, impactful creatives and copy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in digital and outreach marketing across multiple channels (social media, email/newsletter, content marketing).
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with strong copywriting skills.
• Good working knowledge of email/newsletter platforms (eg: Mailchimp, Brevo), social media management.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, outreach, nurturing, and driving conversions (B2B experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently, proactively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Affinity with B2B / industrial products or ergonomics is a plus; German/Dutch language skills are a plus.

Conditions:

• Agreement of service: Freelance contract. The objective is to work together for the long term.
• Requirement to comply with applicable laws as a freelancer or independent contractor in respective country of residence (Indonesia).
• Work hours per week: 40 hours.
• Work location: Indonesia (fully remote).
• Work environment: Dedicated quiet workspace without distractions.
• Work equipment: Usage of own laptop or desktop computer with access to reliable high-speed internet.
