About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Freelancer to play an active role in driving Pinhomes feature sales, with a primary focus on selling quotas to property agents and agencies. This is a field-based and target-oriented role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills. What You Will Do

• Deliver product presentations, educate users on features, and manage negotiations through to closing.
• Achieve predetermined monthly sales targets consistently.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance results.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience or strong proficiency in Sales or Business Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must own a personal laptop and be proficient in basic tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.).
• High enthusiasm, a fast learner, resilient, and a positive attitude with high integrity.
• Willingness to work mobile and perform field-based activities.
• Prior knowledge or experience in the property industry is a significant advantage.
