Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers in the industrial market;
• Conduct market research and identify potential industries, projects, customers, and business opportunities;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers;
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to support business development activities;
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or solution recommendations;
• Develop and manage sales pipelines from prospecting, qualification, quotation, negotiation, until closing;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs to identify business opportunities;
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly handled;
• Prepare business development reports, market analysis, sales forecasts, and opportunity updates;
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in technical or industrial products;
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Plant, Manufacturing, or related industries is preferred;
• Proven track record in hunting new customers, developing new accounts, and managing sales pipelines;
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, market analysis, and business development strategies;
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and able to work independently;
• Able to understand basic technical/piping drawings and familiar with valves, pipes, fittings, flanges, or similar industrial products is an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good command of English, both written and spoken;
• SIM A preferred and willing to conduct customer visits and business travel when required.
