Job Deskripsi

• Ensure that accounting and administrative recording systems and procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy in all Business Area (BA) units for estate and plasma (if there is plasma)
• Verify all accounting transactions and the validity of GL accounts that occur in all BA units under its work area
• Conduct a review of the GL and Trial Balance of the BA unit and identify errors so they can be corrected in the current month or the following month
• Supervise the book closing process and carry out the consolidation process in the work area (ECCS in SAP).
• Ensure interbranch reconciliation between estates and implement transaction recording controls in each BA to be in line with company policy
• Review and coordinate management reports from the BA unit periodically and create a summary in the AMA area
• Supervise the implementation of stock take every month and identify things to be followed up so that the stock of goods/materials is in accordance with company policy
• Managing cash for each BA for which they are responsible is carried out in accordance with company procedures and policies
• Coordinating with related departments for HR management in the administration section (employee needs planning, employee coaching and development, performance assessment and cadre formation)
• Prepare monthly money requests according to the monthly program and in line with the annual budget
• Prepare monthly cash request program (MRFF) and cash payment reconciliation (CRP).
• Coordinate all tasks of his subordinates including division offices and collaborate with colleagues.
• Serve and receive guests (both from the company and outside the company), if the plantation manager is not there.

(IndoAgri) through its subsidiary, PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP) acquired and became Lonsum’s majority shareholder. Since the acquisition, Lonsum is part of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk’s (Indofood) Group and synergising with other companies under Indofood Group. Lonsum’s estates are located in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java and Sulawesi. As of December 31, 2023, total nucleus planted area was 111,940 hectares comprising 91,759 hectares of oil palm, followed by 16,238 hectares of rubber and 3,943 hectares of other crops mainly cocoa and tea. Oil palm and rubber plasma partnership was 35,417 hectares. Lonsum operates 12 palm oil mills in Sumatra and Kalimantan, with a total annual Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) processing capacity of 2.7 million tonnes. Lonsum also operates 3 crumb rubber processing facilities, 2 sheet rubber processing facilities, a cocoa factory and a tea factory. The Research and Development Centre, Sumatra Bioscience or SumBio, in Bah Lias, North Sumatra, plays a central role in improving Lonsum’s productivity and crop quality. SumBio is also known in industry as the producer of superior oil palm seed. The Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certifications started since 2013, following the first certification of sustainable palm oil in North Sumatra. At the end of 2023, Lonsum has achieved 258,000 tonnes of ISPO-certified CPO or 100% of total nucleus CPO production.
