About Baraca
Baraca is an international real estate investment and development group operating across Dubai, Bali and South Lombok. Through Baraca Development, we design and deliver high end villa developments, residential projects and hospitality destinations for international investors. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to ensure our projects are designed and built safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The Role
You will be responsible for the structural and civil engineering of our developments, from design and calculations through to site supervision. You will work closely with our architects, contractors and project managers on projects ranging from private villas to villa clusters, apartment buildings and resort facilities, including the site infrastructure that supports them.

Responsibilities

• Design and calculate structures for villas, apartment buildings and hospitality facilities, including foundations, concrete, steel and timber structures
• Design site infrastructure such as roads, drainage, retaining walls, water supply and wastewater systems
• Ensure all designs comply with Indonesian standards (SNI), including earthquake resistant design (SNI 1726)
• Prepare structural drawings, technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Review contractor proposals, shop drawings and cost estimates
• Supervise construction on site, carry out quality control and approve work stages
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, surveyors and government bodies on permits (PBG, SLF)
• Conduct site assessments, including soil investigations, topography and slope stability
• Monitor progress, budgets and schedules, and report to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (S1 Teknik Sipil); Master's degree is a plus
• Valid SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) in structural or civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including residential and hospitality projects
• Clear track record of completed projects such as villa clusters, resorts, apartment buildings or commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of earthquake resistant design and construction in high seismic zones
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or Tekla is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)
• Hands on site experience managing contractors and workers
• Able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience in Bali or Lombok, including sloped and coastal sites
• Knowledge of sustainable building materials and techniques
• Experience with infrastructure for larger land developments (roads, drainage masterplans, utilities)
• Experience with BIM workflows
