Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up properly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and resort offerings.
- Uphold the resort’s standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
