Role overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Contract Drafter that willing to relocate to site and to support the company's operational activities by drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents related to the company's operational activities.
• Prepare and review agreements with suppliers, local procurement partners, transportation vendors, contractors, and other business partners.
• Draft various commercial agreements, including purchase agreements, operational cooperation agreements, transportation service agreements, and other legal documents required by the business.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies while identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
• Provide legal review and legal opinions on documents submitted by internal departments.
• Maintain proper contract administration, including document filing, record management, and monitoring contract validity and renewal periods.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Site and the Head Office Legal team regarding legal matters, licensing, compliance, and other legal support.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Legal team on contract preparation, licensing processes, and the implementation of company legal policies.
• Liaise with government authorities and external parties whenever required to support legal and administrative processes.
• Provide day-to-day legal support and advice to the Site Management team on operational matters.
• Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
