Product Development Staff
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and target oriented.
• Could work well independently and as a team.
• Have professional work experience in Building Material Industry (e.g. as a Specifier or Sales/Marketing Staff) would be an advantage.

Main Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:
  • Actively do market research related to current and emerging building materials.
  • Actively gather information about customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide a proactive and responsive support during product development process.
  
  
• Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the product development team accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver product & technical presentations; for external and internal purpose.
• Train and support sales team on new product launches.
• Managing reports and related administrative works.
