Responsibilities:

• Developing schedule and management plans for construction projects that take into consideration manpower allocation, material availability and consumable expenditures.
• Analyzing and interpreting schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, and merging them into one composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use.
• Maintaining effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedules with other organization units; reporting delays and problems promptly and taking appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities.
• Establishing and monitoring controls to evaluate team performance, and taking appropriate action to improve performance where it is deemed necessary.
• Ensuring that project milestones are achieved according to contract terms and requirements.
• Utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide an accurate representation of ongoing projects, alongside providing relevant project costing information.
• Developing plans with consideration to potential unexpected situations and new developments, and adapting existing plans and schedules according to changing circumstances.
• Preparing relevant and informative progress reports pertaining to the current and forecasted outcomes of projects to be reviewed by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or Ocean Engineering.
• At least 5 year of working experience in project planning and management for shipbuilding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and its applications in scheduling and costing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite software or its equivalents (e.g. LibreOffice).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, time management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rp550,000 - Rp700,000 per month
