The Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations n Trainee to support the preparation, coordination, and execution of learning programmes, workshops, and consulting engagements.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing details, coordinating activities, communicating with participants, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination

  • Support the planning and coordination of training programmes, workshops, and consulting engagements.
  • Prepare programme schedules, participant trackers, attendance records, and programme documentation.
  • Coordinate programme logistics and administrative requirements.

Participant & Client Support

  • Conduct participant confirmation calls and follow-up communications.
  • Send programme reminders, updates, and logistical information.
  • Respond to participant enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support client coordination activities where required.

Programme Operations

  • Assist in preparing learning materials, resources, and programme documentation.
  • Maintain programme databases, trackers, and operational records.
  • Support programme readiness checks and quality assurance activities.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Compile attendance records, feedback results, and programme data.
  • Assist in preparing post-programme reports and administrative summaries.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Vendor & Logistics Support

  • Assist in coordinating vendors, venues, materials, and operational resources when required.
  • Support procurement and logistical arrangements for programme delivery.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and participant experiences.
  • Utilize digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary/high school education or equivalent.
